Process X –Optimizing Industrial Efficiency with Collaborative Data Spaces (Hall 11, B54)

Process X is the data room for the process industry. Known mechanisms from other data rooms will be developed and tested on the basis of practical, relevant use cases to ensure that the solutions meet the needs of chemical production.

At Hannover Messe 2025, the focus will be on the “Predictive Steam Production” use case. With the help of algorithms and machine learning (AI), steam demand can be predicted on the basis of historical data, production plans, and real-time data from the plant. This makes it possible to reliably calculate steam requirements so that only the exact amount needed is produced. This leads to a lower CO₂ footprint and lower energy and production costs.

The Process X project is not subject to public funding but is financed by NAMUR and ZVEI member companies.
