Project E-Mobility4GridService
E-Mobility4GridService involves the development and testing of current vehicle-for-grid-designs and services in rural electricity supply structures. The electricity grid is continuing to evolve and change rapidly. On the one hand, new components such as renewable sources, controllable loads and stationary and mobile storage systems are continuously being integrated in the system. On the other hand, the so-called actors are continuously assuming new roles in the complete electricity grid. A demand-.responsive (technical, market-driven) contribution by the individual components to the grid is needed here especially to handle the electricity grid’s dynamism and reliability over the long term. This situation additionally requires redefining system allocation, i.e. role of minor components such as electric vehicles and the services potentially provided in the future electricity grid.
