Fraunhofer Institute for Factory OperationThe ALLIANCE EU twinning project is strengthening Latvia’s research and technological capability to develop viable transportation systems. It is focused on establishing a common base of knowledge on sustainable intermodal models and applied solutions for organizing main transportation hubs.
In this project, the Fraunhofer IFF and the University of Thessaly, Greece are facilitating the transfer of knowledge to the Transport and Telecommunication Institute TTI in Latvia, thus laying the foundations for high quality teaching and research.
